12th November Agenda:

(17:45) Welcome and panel Introduction

(18:00 – 18:45) Let’s All Stretch: Perspective on Workplace Flexibility

Much of the research shows that productivity and workplace flexibility are not mutually exclusive. Workplace flexibility has a number of benefits for the business and individuals. With some organizations struggling to really engage employees and retain talent, many business and HR leaders are looking at workplace flexibility as a solution as well as a competitive edge. There are a number of organizations that have made significant strides in implementing flexibility practices which includes flexible work arrangements, extended time off for family leave, job share with a colleague, and opportunities for career exit and re-entry. Each organization manages these career flexibility features differently and there is of course no one size fits all solution. Join us to hear more from our experts!

(18:45 – 19:30) Network and Nibble with the experts and attendees

Event is FREE, but space is limited so please RSVP today! See you there!
